December 2nd offerings
The chefs are deservedly taking the week off; well, sort off. Mel is baking sourdough. Rui is offering her napa kimchi and chili crisp (original and vegan versions). Jared is making pie dough disks for your freezer and apple shrub (vinegared syrup mixer.) And we’re going back to the basics: free-range chickens, Nueske slab bacon, Ora King salmon, Peads and Barnetts sausages (breakfast, chorizo, salt & pepper)... and of course, a gorgeous farm box.
We'll upload more recipes that feature this week's proteins and vegetables between now and Wednesday: Nueske bacon, brussel sprout, potato and cauliflower hash. Potatoes and chorizo. Slow-cooked salmon. Garlic rubbed toast with roasted squash, radicchio, and burrata...
